Replacement Policy for Lorevia
At Lorevia, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility For Replacement 1
You are eligible for a replacement if the product you received is:

Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Faulty or has a manufacturing defect

Broken or damaged upon delivery
Timeframe

All complaints must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Replacements requested within the first 7 days of delivery are free of charge.

Requests made after 7 days may include additional charges.
How To Request A Replacement

Contact our Lorevia support team within the eligible timeframe.

Share a video proof clearly showing the issue or defect with the product.

Our team will review your request and guide you accordingly.
Replacement Process
Once your request is approved, we will proceed with one of the following options:

Option 1: We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product in its original packaging (including the original product box and all accessories) to our warehouse. Within 5 working days of receiving it, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

Option 2: We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (in its original product box with all accessories) so the courier can pick it up and hand over your replacement at the same time.
Please Note: Kindly note that we currently do not offer returns (monetary refunds). We only provide replacements for eligible items. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
